Syrische Rue

The perennial Syrian Rue shrub has spiky leaves and can reach a height of up to one meter, though it usually grows shorter. Other names for Syrian rue include wild rue, African rue, harmal, and esfand. Due to its tolerance for dryness, Syrian Rue has invaded western North America in the past century.
